The service I received was unexpected and excellent. The staff was attentive and genuinely cared about making my stay really good. One standout moment was when they found a personal item I thought was lost and returned it to me directly, without even needing to ask.

It wasn’t cheap, but definitely worth what I paid.

The room had great lighting and was pretty spacious, really nice for reading or lounging around. I liked the full-size toiletries—definitely less waste. The bed was super comfy, which made falling asleep easy. It was really clean too. Only downside was that the entrance to the reception area was a bit tricky to find when arriving via valet parking. But the vibes overall were just nice!

Limited housekeeping at times could be an issue for those expecting a pristine room throughout their stay.

i had an amazing stay at the autograph collection! the location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute walk to the concert stadium, and having a restaurant and coffee shop on-site was super convenient. the staff was incredibly friendly, making everything feel so welcoming!
